Notice to Counsel of Local Rule
NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted. To prevent the content of a sealed item from appearing on the docket after the seal expires, a party or interested non-party must move for relief before the seal expires. (Signed by Deputy Clerk). Order Dismissing Case
ORDER. The mediation report indicates that this case has settled. (Dkt. 61.) Accordingly, pursuant to Local Rule 3.09, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice and subject to the right of the parties, within sixty days of the date of this order, to move for entry of a stipulated form of final order or judgment should they so choose or for any party to move to reopen the case, upon good cause shown. After that sixty-day period, however, the dismissal shall be with prejudice. The Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate any pending motions and deadlines and to close the case. Signed by Judge Julie S.
