MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Dale A. Drozd on 7/6/2026: On 7/2/2026, defendants filed a 220 motion to shorten time for the hearing on defendants' motion to amend the scheduling order. In that 220 motion, defendants represent that plaintiff does not oppose modifying the briefing schedule as requested but instead only opposes to the extent that defendants' 220 motion includes "substantive arguments in support of Defendants' underlying motion[.]" Accordingly, good cause appearing, the court GRANTS defendants' unopposed 220 motion as follows: Plaintiff shall file its opposition to defendants' 219 motion to amend the scheduling order no later than 7/8/2026 and defendants shall file their reply no later than 7/14/2026. Moreover, the court urges the parties to cooperate in their meet and confer efforts and dot their part to avoid unnecessary motion practice, including by reaching agreement and filing stipulations whenever possible. Finally, pursuant to Local Rule 230(g), the pending 219 motion is SUBMITTED without oral argument. Accordingly, the hearing set for 8/3/2026 is hereby VACATED, to be reset at a later date if the court determines that oral argument is needed. (Deputy Clerk PAB)
