ORDER REFERRING TO MEDIATION: It is hereby ordered that this case is referred for mediation to the Court-annexed Mediation Program until December 4, 2026. The parties are notified that Local Rule 83.9 shall govern the mediation and are directed to participate in the mediation in good faith. The status conference scheduled for October 9, 2026 is adjourned to December 11, 2026 at 10 a.m. The status conference shall take place telephonically at a conference line to be provided at a later date. The parties shall file a joint status report one day prior to the conference. Mediators will be assigned based on the nature of suit.
