Status Conference
Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On May 6, 2026, the Court held a zoom status conference. Plaintiff attended and was represented by counsel Natalie Gottfried. Defendants' representative attended and was represented by counsel Dean Passodelis, Jason Rosenberger, and Georgia Hatzis. The Court discussed the parties' plans for mediation. The Court scheduled a zoom status conference for August 5, 2026, at 11:00am. A joint status report is due August 3, 2026, at 12:00pm. If the parties are able to resolve their claims in mediation, they should inform the Court by emailing Law Clerk Rachel Bernard (rachel_bernard@ohnd.uscourts.gov), and the status conference and accompanying status report will be vacated. If not, then the parties should include in the status report a proposal for how this case should move forward, including a proposed litigation schedule.
