JUDGMENT is entered in favor of plaintiff Thomas Mandeville against defendants Clinity Talent, LLC and Robert Palermo in the amount of $84,613.50 on plaintiff's breach-of-contract claim and $84,613.50 on plaintiff's claim that defendants violated Wis. Stat. § 103.455 by withholding earned commissions. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered in plaintiff's favor dismissing defendants' state-law contract and tort counterclaims. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered in defendants' favor dismissing plaintiff's claims of breach of an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; bad faith termination; defamation; invasion of privacy; tortious interference with contract; and defendants' alleged violation of Chapter 109 of the Wisconsin Statutes. OPINION and ORDER that:1. Plaintiff Thomas Mandeville's motion for entry of separate judgment, Dkt. 101 , is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The motion is granted as to Mandeville's request for entry of judgment in a separate document. The motion is denied without prejudice as to Mandeville's request for prejudgment interest. Mandeville's request for postjudgment interest is denied as unnecessary.
2. The clerk of court is directed to enter judgment on the court's summary judgment ruling, Dkt. 91 , and its ruling directing the clerk of court to enter judgment in accordance with the summary judgment ruling, Dkt. 96 .
3. The briefing schedule previously set for Mandeville's motion for entry of separate judgment is STRUCK.
