ENDORSED ORDER STAYING the case pending resolution of Defendants' Motions to Dismiss 38 39. Plaintiff's Motion to Resolve Case Management Disagreements 45 is DENIED IN PART. Plaintiff's Motion is denied to the extent the Court rules that the case planning conference required by Local Rule 3.02(a)(1) may not occur through email, as that is not "comparable means" to an in person or telephone meeting. Plaintiff's Motion is also denied to the extent the Court will stay discovery pending resolution of Defendants' Motions. The Court will not yet issue a Case Management and Scheduling Order until resolution of the Motions to Dismiss. If necessary, the Parties shall file a joint Case Management Report within twenty-one days of the resolution of Defendants' Motions to Dismiss, after a proper case planning conference is held.
