Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER granting 51 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. The Court extends the discovery schedule as follows: parties to complete fact discovery by 11/9/2026; affirmative expert disclosures due by 12/7/2026; rebuttal expert disclosures due by 1/11/2027; and all discovery, including expert depositions, shall be completed by 2/8/2027. The Court will set a deadline for commencing dispositive motion practice after the parties have completed discovery, if necessary.
The Court adjourns the 9/17/2026 telephonic status conference to 11/13/2026 at 10:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge James R. Cho. Each party is directed to call 571-353-2301 and enter Meeting ID 709-478-501#. Adjournment requests will not be considered unless made in accordance with this Court's Individual Rules. If any party has difficulty accessing the conference, please contact Chambers at 718-613-2110.
