ORDER As counsel are aware, the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit issued its opinions in these cases on July 2, 2026 and in each case, remanded the case "for further proceedings consistent with this opinion, including the timely entry of a permanent injunction against the Religious Expression Rule as applied to [the plaintiffs]." In view of this order, the Court would appreciate hearing from the parties as to next steps within seven days of the date of this order and how the Court should comply with the First Circuit's order.
