   ORDER granting 25 Motion for Settlement: The court has reviewed the revised settlement agreement and, while the parties have addressed most of the court's concerns, the court believes there may have been an oversight as to the release language. As discussed at the 6/26 fairness hearing, a general release is not permitted. Rather, the release must be limited to the claims brought in this action. The court has revised the release language as discussed on the record and approves the agreement subject to that change. A copy of the final revised agreement is attached to this order.
