Dismissing Case
ORDER OF DISMISSAL by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The parties filed a Notice of Settlement on 4/18/2024 123 . This action is therefore dismissed in its entirety without prejudice. For 90 days from the date of this order, the Court retains jurisdiction to vacate this order and to reopen the action nunc pro tunc on motion of any party. By operation of this order and without further court action, the dismissal in this case will convert to a dismissal with prejudice on the 91st day, absent a timely motion to vacate and reopen. The notice of settlement states that it is conditional on the approval of a minor's compromise for Frank Roldan, Jr., in the Los Angeles County Superior Court actions. If the parties object to the above course of action in light of the pending minor's compromise, the Court will hear the parties' objection on Friday, 4/26/2024 at 8:30 AM. If neither party objects, the parties need not appear on Friday. ( Case Terminated. Made JS-6. ) (gk)
