R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) must be disclosed, by July 23, 2027Plaintiff's trial experts must be deposed by August 27, 2027Defendant's trial experts must be designated, and the information contemplated by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) must be disclosed, by August 27, 2027Defendant's trial experts must be deposed by September 29, 2027 Dispositive motions, such as motions for summary judgment and motions for judgment on the pleadings, must be filed by November 5, 2027Oppositions to dispositive motions must be filed within 21 days of service of the motionReply memoranda, not to exceed 10 pages, must be filed within 14 days after service of the opposition papersSur-Reply memoranda are not permitted. The parties shall file a joint status report no later than Wednesday, February 3, 2027. For all other deadlines, please refer to Dkt. 24.
