Consistent with that, the Court orders the Schmids to accept Offer 3 (for $552,500) if the government wishes them to do so. But, if so, the government must credit the Schmids an additional $7,500 against their remaining obligations to the government, as though the government had allowed them to accept Offer 1 (for $560,000).
