Plaintiff has already had nearly three (3) months to find new counsel and she does not provide any documentation of her efforts to obtain counsel. Court cannot continue to hold in abeyance the time for plaintiff to respond to the pending motion to dismiss filed at Dkt. No. 41. Therefore, the Court will grant one final extension. The deadline for new counsel to file a notice of appearance for plaintiff is extended to 6/17/2022. If no new counsel appears by that date, the Court will deem plaintiff appearing pro se and it will reset the briefing schedule for the pending motion to dismiss. No further extensions will be granted for any reason. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Text Order via regular and certified mail to plaintiff at the address on the docket.
