Minute Order Vacating Discovery Conference. On July 9, 2026, the parties jointly filed a Status Report (ECF No. 750 ) pursuant to the Court's June 23, 2026 Minute Order (ECF No. 735 ). Therein, Plaintiffs and AngioDynamics represent that, based on current negotiations, there are presently no issues relating to the parties' proposed ESI protocols that require the Court's involvement or resolution. The purpose of the Discovery Conference set for July 10, 2026 was to discuss any disputes surrounding the parties' ESI protocols. In the absence of any such dispute, the Court hereby VACATES the Discovery Conference set for July 10, 2026. The parties SHALL be prepared to update the Court regarding the status of their negotiations at the Discovery Conference set for July 24, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Valerie E.
