ORDER that the Parties' Stipulation 73 is GRANTED. Case No. 2:26-cv-02947-SMB and Case No. 2:26-cv-05812-SMB are consolidated for all purposes. Case No. 2:26-cv-02947-SMB is designated as the lead case. Unless otherwise ordered, all future filings in the consolidated action shall be made only in the lead case. Counterclaimants GENISCi, LLC and Dr. Rezaul Abid are granted leave to amend their counterclaims in the lead case to incorporate any claim presently asserted in Case No. 2:26-cv-05812-SMB. Such amended pleading shall be filed no later than fourteen (14) days after entry of this Order. Executive Home Care Franchising, LLC shall answer or otherwise respond to the new claims raised in the amended counterclaim no later than fourteen (14) days after service thereof.
