IN CHAMBERS ORDER by Judge R. Gary Klausner: Order Re: Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint and Motion to Strike 79 . Court GRANTS Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, and DENIES Defendants' Motion to Strike as moot. Here, although Plaintiff has previously amended the Complaint, the Court finds that the deficiencies identified in the SAC may be curable with additional allegations.
