ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE NO JOINT 26 REPORT by Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong: The parties in this matter are not in compliance with this Court's scheduling order, which ORDERS parties to file their Rule 26(f) report with the Court no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Scheduling Conference. Order Setting Scheduling Conference at 2. The Court vacates the scheduling conference currently set for August 24, 2026, and sets an order to show cause hearing at that time as to why sanctions should not issue pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16(f). Pursuant to the Courts discretion, failure to submit a compliant Rule 26(f) Report may result in the Court staying further proceedings, dismissing the action, and/or rendering a default judgment. Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 37(b)(2)(A). If the parties file a compliant Rule 26(f) Report within 3 days of the date of this order, the Court may, in its discretion, discharge the hearing on the order to show cause and not require any appearances.
