Oral Order ~Util - Set Hearings
ORAL ORDER re 26 - Judge Andrews previously issued a scheduling order in this case. (D.I. 6). That schedule remains in effect despite the case being reassigned to the undersigned upon consent of the parties. To the extent the parties are again asking to move the trial date and for a new schedule, that request is DENIED. The Court agrees with Judge Andrews that doing so is unwarranted here. (D.I. 19). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a teleconference is set for June 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM to discuss the parties' renewed request for mediation referral. Counsel shall provide a dial-in number for the teleconference by emailing egt_civil@ded.uscourts.gov. ORDERED by Judge Eleanor G. Tennyson on 6/25/2026. (cdd)
