   DOCKET TEXT ORDER On September 2, 2021, Defendant Engineered Wall Systems filed 81 Motion for Summary Judgment and Memorandum in Support. No party filed any opposition to this motion. On October 28, 2021, the court ordered "any party who opposes the allocation of the insurance proceeds set forth in the motion for summary judgment" to file a brief showing cause why the motion should not be granted. Dkt. No. 86. The court further explained that "[f]ailure to respond may result in the court's granting the motion without further notice." Id. No party filed any response. The court has carefully reviewed the motion and determined that it is meritorious. See DUCivR 56-1. 81 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
