EO: On 9/11/2025, the Court directed Plaintiffs to file a Motion for Approval of Settlement of Minor's Claims (Motion). However, counsel subsequently informed the Court that the minor, M.N., has attained the age of eighteen and that the parties subsequently executed a First Amended Confidential Settlement and Release Agreement. See Joint Status Report, ECF No. 32 . Counsel note that the requirements of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 17(c) are now moot. Accordingly, Plaintiffs shall disregard the Court's instruction to file such Motion.
