Because Lewis and 1AP are limited-purpose public figures and the plaintiffs have not raised triable issues of fact as to Abramson's actual malice, I grant Abramson's motion as to Lewis and 1AP's defamation claims. However, because Luelsdorff is not a limited-purpose public figure, he may proceed on his defamation claim to the extent it is premised on Statement 38. So Ordered by Judge Paul J. Barbadoro.(jwb)
