Order Dismissing Case
ORDER OF DISMISSAL. The parties remaining in this suit have filed a joint stipulation of dismissal. (ECF No. 72 ) While the stipulation remains ineffective to operate without a court order under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) because it is not signed by all parties who have appeared, the Court construes it as a motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2). The Court hereby DISMISSES the above-entitled action with prejudice and with each party agreeing to bear its own fees and costs. The Clerk is directed to close the file. Signed by JUDGE M CASEY RODGERS on 05/09/25. (jfj)
