Stipulation and Order of Voluntary Dismissal ~Util - Add and Terminate Parties
STIPULATION OF PARTIAL DISMISSAL: Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff The Wave Studio, LLC and Defendant Joe Mazzarella d/b/a RoomRate.com, through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that all claims asserted by The Wave Studio against Mazzarella in the above-captioned action are dismissed with prejudice. Each Party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs. The Parties respectfully request that the Court so-order this Stipulation and retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Parties' confidential Settlement Agreement. SO ORDERED.
