TEXT-ONLY ORDER: Before the Court are a 360 Motion for Leave to File Proposed Brief of Amici Curiae and Plaintiff's 361 Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages. The Court GRANTS leave for the publishing trade associations to file their Amici Brief but will in fairness extend the length of Plaintiffs permitted response/reply on the Parties Summary Judgment motions to 30 pages because Defendant and its parent corporation are members of the associations. Except for that extension, Plaintiffs motion for leave to file excess pages is DENIED. No further extensions of page limits will be permitted, and the Parties are again reminded that a brief that includes an attempt to artificially shorten or evade page limitations (including by formatting, overuse of single-spaced footnotes, etc.) may be summarily stricken. The Court has scheduled oral arguments on the motions, which will permit both sides a further opportunity to argue their positions to the Court. So Ordered. Entered by District Judge Kenneth D.
