Minute Order. for proceedings held on 7/7/2026 before Magistrate Judge Lee G. Dunst: Civil Cause for Motion Conference. Counsel for Plaintiff: Gregory Paul Hansel. Counsel for Defendant: Brian A Lacoff. FTR #: 11:04-11:38, via Zoom. Case called. Counsel for all sides present. For the reasons stated on the record, Defendants shall exchange their supplemental productions by 7/31/2026. As for the 24 outstanding non-party subpoenas, Plaintiffs failed to provide mandatory notice to Defendants; as a result, these subpoenas are QUASHED. Plaintiffs request for leave to seek amended non-party subpoenas are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff shall meet and confer with Defendants prior to requesting additional amended non-party subpoenas. The parties shall meet and confer regarding the deposition of Samuel Bail, which is currently scheduled for 7/29/2026. See 6/29/2026 Order.The parties request to file Property Chart under seal (DE 43 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiffs request that Defendant produce additional documents or supplement the Property Chart is DENIED. Additionally, Plaintiffs request for additional Defendants certification of the Property Chart is DENIED. All deadlines set by the undersigneds 1/26/2026 Order are ADJOURNED sine die. The parties shall meet and confer and submit by 7/17/2026 a final, expedited schedule for the completion of all discovery and motion practice (including any motion to amend the Complaint, consistent with Sacerdote v. New York University, 9. F.4th 95 (2d Cir. 2021), class certification, and summary judgment). The parties are reminded that, pursuant to Judge Choudhurys Individual Practice Rules, they must attend a settlement conference with the undersigned prior to commencing dispositive motion practice.
