Text Only Order
** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Defendant requests to modify the court's June 1, 2026 order requiring the parties to submit report "identifying which Sub-Zero employees are subject to the challenged practices" in this lawsuit. Dkt. 49 . Specifically, defendant seeks to seal the list or to limit the list to employee identification numbers. Plaintiff does not oppose the former, and the parties have submitted the report that includes names and addresses at Dkt. 50 . To protect the privacy of these employees, and in light of the parties' agreement to seal, defendant's motion at Dkt. 49 is GRANTED and the court will maintain the report at Dkt. 50 under seal. Signed by Magistrate Judge Anita Marie Boor on 6/22/2026. (jls)
