ORDER VACATING FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 08/07/2026. This matter is before the court on Plaintiff's 73 Notice of Medical Unavailability. In light of Plaintiff's circumstances and the procedural posture of this case, the Final Pretrial Conference previously set for August 10, 2026, is VACATED. The court, having reviewed its prior order regarding a stay of the dispositive motion deadline, finds it appropriate at this time to reset that deadline. Accordingly, the Scheduling Order is amended as follows:
Dispositive Motions: December 1, 2026
A Final Pretrial Conference is set for February 9, 2027 at 9:30 a.m., before Magistrate Judge Susan Prose. Parties wishing to attend in person may appear in Courtroom A-502, on the fifth floor of the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. Parties are permitted to attend telephonically by calling 571-353-2301, Guest meeting ID- 868150043. Any telephonic attendees are requested to mute their phone when not speaking, as well as avoid speaker phone and Bluetooth connections. The parties shall electronically file their proposed pretrial order through CM/ECF, and include a courtesy copy of the proposed order in a Word format sent by email to Prose_Chambers@cod.uscourts.gov seven days prior to the conference.
