Minor Plaintiff's parents and Plaintiff's Co-Counsel, Brad Prochaska ONLY may attend by Zoom the hearing which is currently set for Monday, August 3, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Gerald L. Jackson. The Court will host the Zoom hearing. Counsel should inform Paige Bruce at Paige_Bruce@oked.uscourts.gov by August 1, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. as to the email address of all attending via Zoom.
