ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the SEC's August 13, 2026 letter, notifying the Court that it has reached settlement agreements in principle with a subset of defendants and that it continues to pursue settlement discussions with the other defendants. (ECF No. 43.) For the reasons stated in the SEC's letter, the Court grants the SEC's request to file a status report regarding the state of settlement discussions by November 16, 2026. The court notes that settlement discussions in this case have occurred for nearly one year, and the court would like to see substantial progress made towards resolving this matter in the November 16, 2026 status update. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto on 8/17/2026. (APC)
