MINUTE ORDER re 47 Status Report: Upon application of Plaintiffs Serafin Garcia Armas and Karina Garcia Gruber and Defendant the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for a stay of an additional 30 days to allow the Republic sufficient time to designate permanent counsel for the Republic, it is hereby ORDERED that the application is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that this matter shall be STAYED for an additional period of 30 days from the date of entry of this Order until July 30, 2026. The Parties are ORDERED to file a status report by July 30, 2026 providing an update on the Republic's designation of counsel and any proposed updates to the deadlines in the Court's April 30, 2026 minute order.
