MINUTE ORDER (text only) made at the direction of Judge Tana Lin: On August 28, 2026, the Parties filed a stipulated Motion to Continue Trial and Pretrial Deadlines. Dkt. No. 28 . The Court GRANTS the motion to continue the trial and pretrial dates, but DENIES the Parties' request for an August 17, 2027, trial date. The Court ORDERS the Parties to file a joint status report within five (5) days of this Order with their available dates for trial in the first half of 2028. The Court will issue a new case schedule after receiving the joint status report. (CJS)
