TEXT ORDER re 130 Sealed Document/ Letter Request by Trustee for Permission to Retain Legal Counsel. The 130 Letter Request is GRANTED insofar as Trustee may retain and pay fees, as first approved by this Court, to Pullano & Farrow PLLC ("Legal Counsel") for legal services rendered from July 30, 2026 through today. Legal Counsel is directed to provide the Court with the hours worked and rate of services rendered from July 30, 2026 through today, along with a proposed Court order allowing funds from the Green SNT to be used to pay Legal Counsel for services rendered. To the extent that Legal Counsel raises any other issues in the 130 Letter, the Court will only consider such issues after Legal Counsel files a proper motion with the Court outlining the intended legal services to be rendered along with the proposed hours and rate. After the Court reviews such a motion, it will either deny or grant Legal Counsel leave to file a motion regarding such issues. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr. on 09/16/2026. (MBR)
