Pending before the Court is the 51 and 52 Proposed Joint Pretrial Order ("JPTO"). The JPTO states that Defendant Target intends to present digital evidence consisting of photographs to the jury. Plaintiff did not list any of his trial exhibits. Because the Court uses the Jury Evidence Recording System, all exhibits are electronic for deliberations. The Court therefore DENIES the 51 and 52 JPTO. The parties shall have until August 3, 2026, to file a revised JPTO.
