ORDER denying 36 Motion to Stay Discovery and Related Deadlines. The Court declines to stay the discovery deadlines in this case and instead extends the discovery deadlines as follows:
Fact discovery shall be completed by January 6, 2027.
Plaintiff's Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures shall due by February 5, 2027.
Defendants' Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures shall be due by March 4, 2027.
Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be due April 5, 2027.
