MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DENYING AS MOOT THE PARTIES' MOTIONS IN LIMINE (DKTS. 110 , 111 , 112 , 113 , 115 , 116 , 117 , 118 , 119 ) by Judge Michelle Williams Court: On June 24, 2026, Defendants filed a Notice of Settlement, representing that the parties reached a conditional settlement in this case, completely resolving all of Plaintiff's claims. Dkt. No. 123. The parties request that the Court vacate all pending case management dates and deadlines. See id. at 2. Accordingly, in light of the parties' Notice of Settlement, the parties' pending Motions in Limine (Dkts. No. 110113, 115119) are all DENIED AS MOOT. The July 10, 2026 hearing for each motion is VACATED. (bm)
