ORDER denying without prejudice 57 , Motion to Withdraw. Local Rule 7(e) states that motions to withdraw an appearance normally will not be granted absent a showing that the represented party has received actual notice of the intended withdrawal. See also ECF No. 47. While the movant represents that notice was sent to all parties and that other counsel shall remain on this case, and while other counsel has appeared in lieu of Attorney Orlando-Donovan, the court denies the Motion to Withdraw without prejudice to renewal.
