ORDER RE SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE by Magistrate Judge Brianna Fuller Mircheff. Magistrate Judge Brianna Fuller Mircheff will be handling settlement proceedings in this matter. A settlement conference will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 780 of the Roybal Courthouse. Judge Mircheff conducts settlement conferences in person unless both parties indicate that they would prefer to hold the settlement conference via Zoom, or unless a party applies to move the settlement conference to Zoom, or to permit some counsel or party representative to attend via Zoom, due to some hardship in attending in person. NO LATER THAN AUGUST 27, 2026, each party shall submit a Confidential Settlement Conference Statement by email to BFM_chambers@cacd.uscourts.gov. SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS. (ch)
