Wilson: Pursuant to the Ninth Circuit's instructions in its Memorandum 108 , this matter is hereby REMANDED to the Bankruptcy Court for further proceedings consistent with this Court's May 6, 2024 Order 70 . Accordingly, David Klein's Motion to Reconsider 109 is DENIED as moot. Furthermore, pursuant to the Ninth Circuit's Order 110 , this Court sets the following briefing schedule for any motions for attorney fees in this case: motions for attorney fees must be filed by October 2, 2026, oppositions must be filed by October 16, 2026, and replies must be filed by October 23, 2026.
