TEXT ORDER - As discussed during the September 9, 2026 Final Pretrial Conference, a jury trial in this action is scheduled to begin on December 7, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom 2D of the Martin Luther King Courthouse, at 50 Walnut Street, in Newark. Additionally, concerning further required submissions in advance of trial, the Court sets the following deadlines: (1) any motion to shift costs incurred in connection with the additional depositions the parties may take, consistent with the Court's instructions during the September 9 conference, shall be filed no later than September 18, 2026, and a response thereto shall be filed by September 25, 2026; (2) a revised, proposed Final Pretrial Order, modified in accordance with the discussion during the September 9 conference, shall be filed on or before September 29, 2026; and (3) all additional fact witness depositions the parties intend to take, as authorized by the Court, shall be completed by October 23, 2026. A telephonic conference to review the revised Final Pretrial Order and address any further housekeeping issues in advance of trial will be held on October 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., to be joined by dialing 973-437-5535, and entering access code 115 544 518#.
