PAPERLESS ORDER: Per the court's order at ECF No. 61 , Defendant Epstein was to file any motion to dismiss, should he so choose, on or before September 11, 2026. Instead, Defendant Epstein filed another notice of joinder in the motion to dismiss at ECF No. 20 with additional arguments. Where Defendant Epstein's notice of joinder fails to comport with the court's order at ECF No. 61 , which required a separate motion instead of a notice of joinder, the court will not consider it. Should Defendant Epstein wish to move for dismissal of Plaintiff's claims against him, he must file an appropriate motion; such motion may incorporate arguments raised in the motion to dismiss at ECF No. 20 so long as he offers explanation of how such arguments are applicable to him.
