[IN-CHAMBERS TEXT ONLY ORDER]:
The Court has reviewed Koji's latest Status Report. [Dkt. 157 ]. The Court RESETS the hearing for the 137 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney to Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 01:30 PM in San Francisco, Courtroom F, 15th Floor before Judge Peter H. Kang.
The Court ORDERS both Ms. Kalra and Mr. Gorrichategui to attend the hearing in person. Because a corporate entity cannot appear in propria personam, the Court ORDERS Koji to have substitute counsel engaged and have them enter appearance by August 5, 2026. Once substitute counsel has entered appearance, they SHALL also attend the August 6 hearing in person.
The Court ORDERS Koji to file a further Status Report regarding the status of engaging new counsel, to be filed on July 27, 2026.
