Habeas Corpus - Alien Detainee | Washington Western
Order on Motion to Enforce Order on Motion to Seal
MINUTE ORDER. The motion to enforce 15 is DENIED. Petitioner received the relief ordered by her previous habeas petition when she received a bond hearing. Her motion raises new legal claims challenging the adequacy of that bond hearing that must be brought in a subsequent habeas petition. See Dkt. 13 at 4 (explaining that claims challenging a later bond hearing could be brought in a "subsequent habeas petition"). The motion to seal 16 is GRANTED. The Court finds good cause to keep the documents filed at Dkt. 17 sealed because they contain personal identifying information. Authorized by District Judge Tiffany M. Cartwright.(MW)
