TEXT ORDER (A) directing Defendant to file, on or before 09/08/2026, a notice setting out the reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by Defendant attributable to Plaintiff's abusive conduct (as described in 25 Recommendation adopted by 29 Order), (B) requiring Plaintiff to file, on or before 09/29/2026, a memorandum of no more than five pages setting out any objections to the reasonableness of the amount claimed in such timely filed notice, and (C) permitting Defendant to file, on or before 10/20/2026, a memorandum of no more than five pages setting out any response to any such timely filed objections. Failure by Defendant to timely file the required notice shall result in the rescinding of the payment order. Failure by Plaintiff to timely file any objections shall result in the adoption of the amount specified in the timely filed notice as the amount Plaintiff must pay. Failure by Defendant to timely file any response to any timely filed objections may result in the reduction of the amount specified in the timely filed notice in a manner consistent with any timely filed objections.
