The placeholder exhibit appropriately appears at ECF No. [152-5]. The filing on June 23, 2026 was at best duplicative.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Exhibit E appearing at ECF No. 165 is STRICKEN from the docket. Defendant must take greater care in its filings to the federal court.
