The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Status Report at ECF No. 228, wherein plaintiffs request additional time to complete discovery against defendant Susanna I. Pettis which Pettis opposes. The Court has considered the parties' positions regarding discovery and the case history. For good cause shown, IT IS ORDERED that plaintiffs' request for additional discovery is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: (1) Plaintiffs shall have until July 10, 2026, to complete discovery of their claims against defendant Pettis alleged in their Amended Complaint (ECF No. 109); and (2) Plaintiffs may depose defendant Pettis regarding their claims alleged against her in their Amended Complaint.
