ORDER granting 53 Letter Motion for Conference. The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's letter requesting a premotion conference regarding its contemplated motion to dismiss Defendant's counterclaim pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) or 12(c) (Dkt. #53) and Defendant's opposition (Dkt. #56). The parties are ORDERED to appear for a telephonic conference to discuss Plaintiff's contemplated motion on August 27, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. At the scheduled time, the parties shall call (855) 244-8681 and enter access code 2315 780 7370. The Court expects to begin this conference by resolving by oral decision the motions to quash Defendant's Digital Millenium Copyright Act subpoenas (see Dkt. 30-31; see also Dkt. #34 (motion for preliminary injunction)), so Third-Party Defendants shall appear at this conference as well.
