MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the 60 Unopposed Motion to Dismiss filed by Plaintiffs. The Court construes the Motion as having been filed under Rule 41(a)(2), which states that "an action may be dismissed at the plaintiff's request... by court order, on terms that the court considers proper." Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2). The Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs' claims are DISMISSED without prejudice. The 51 Intervenor-Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is DENIED as moot.
