Defendant THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA shall substitute the defendants USPS and LICHIOVERI. 2. Plaintiffs claims against defendant THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in this action are dismissed without prejudice, and shall continue in the United States District Court Southern District case under case no. 1:23-cv-02090. 3. Plaintiffs claims against defendant POLICIA in this action are dismissed without prejudice, and shall continue in the United States District Court Southern District case under case no. 1:23-cv-02090. 4. Plaintiffs claims against defendant EAN HOLDINGS, LLC., in this action are dismissed without prejudice in both this action and the United States District Court Southern District case under case no. 1:23-cv-02090. 5. This Stipulation and Order of Dismissal (the "Stipulation and Order") may be executed in counterparts; a reproduced or electronically signed signature shall have the same force and effect as an original signature; and a facsimile or electronic copy of the Stipulation and Order shall have the same force and effect as an original. 6. The undersigned parties understand and agree that the Stipulation and Order contains the entire agreement between them, and that no statements, representations, promises, agreements, or negotiations, oral or otherwise, between the undersigned parties or their counsel that are not included herein shall be of any force or effect.
