THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Non-Party 515 Valencia Acquisition, LLC's Third Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Receiver's Motion to Approve Disbursement of Valencia Lien Claim Fund Proceeds from Sale of Unit 1201 and Approve Surcharge of Lender (the "Motion"). ECF No. 562 . Upon due consideration of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion, ECF No. 562 , is GRANTED. Non-Party 515 Valencia Acquisition, LLC shall respond to Receiver's Motion to Approve Disbursement of Valencia Lien Claim Fund Proceeds from Sale of Unit 1201 and Approve Surcharge of Lender by no later than July 27, 2026.
