Order on Motion to Intervene
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on non-parties CWL-CH, LLC, ASJAIA, LLC, and VIEDEN GROVE OZ, LLC's ("CG Investors") Amended Motion to Intervene for the Limited Purpose of Opposing the Receiver's Proposed Third-Party Litigation Procedures. ECF No. 503 . The Receiver filed a Response in Opposition to the Motion, and the CG Investors filed a Reply. ECF Nos. 518 , 519 . The Securities and Exchange Commission also filed a Response in Opposition to the Motion, to which the CG Investors filed a Reply. ECF No. 521 , 523 . Upon careful consideration of the foregoing submissions, the pertinent portions of the record, and the relevant authorities, and for the reasons articulated on the record at the Status Conference held on June 1, 2026 which are incorporated herein, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Amended Motion to Intervene, ECF No. 503 , is DENIED. Nonetheless, the CG Investors' arguments as to the Receiver's Motion to Approve Third Party Litigation Procedures have been considered by the Receiver who filed a Reply, ECF Nos. 496 , 497 .
