Parties do not believe settlement discussions would be productive at this time. Bench trial set for 3/1/27 at 9:00am. The Court will reserve 1 week for trial. Final pretrial conference set for 2/16/27 at 1:30 pm. The parties are directed to review and comply with Judge Rowland's standing order for Proposed Pretrial Orders, which is available on Judge Rowland's webpage located on the Court's website at www.ilnd.uscourts.gov. The joint proposed final pretrial order is due by 2/8/27. All motions in limine, including any Daubert motions, due by 2/1/27. Responses to motions in limine and Daubert motions due by 2/8/27. By 2/9/27, the parties must provide the Court with an exhibit list and copies of the objected-to exhibits via box.com. After the pretrial conference and rulings on exhibits, parties are to provide the pre-marked exhibits to the Court via box.com by 2/25/27. (Any required delivery should be to the courtroom deputy (Room 1226) by 5:00pm on the due date). Parties will be responsible for filing a final exhibit list on the docket at the close of evidence at trial. At least three weeks prior to trial, the parties shall contact the Court's systems department (312-435-6045) to coordinate any specific evidence presentation needs and schedule a date before trial to review the courtroom technology.
